The events for the Miss Universe competition won't appear in the "Upcoming Events" tab on your Live Bash account. Instead, you'll find the streaming links directly on the page where you purchased the tickets: Missuniverse.livebash.com.
Make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to buy your tickets. From there, you can generate a code, which will be sent to your email. Once you enter the code, you'll be redirected to the stream. Need more help with accessing the code?
