I didn't get a code. What do I do?

Thank you for purchasing tickets to the 72nd MISS UNIVERSE Competition on Live Bash. If you haven't received your code, don't worry! Follow these steps to retrieve it and access the livestream:

1. Visit the Website: Head over to missuniverse.livebash.com.
2. Access Your Tickets: Look for the tickets you purchased and click on "Request Code and Watch the Preliminary Competition."
3. Verify Your Device: A pop-up titled "Verify Your Device" will appear.
4. Check Your Email: You should receive an email from virtualtickets@livebash.com with the subject "OTP verification for Order." This email will contain your six-digit verification code. If you don't see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, you can click on "Resend code" in the pop-up.
5. Enter the Code: Input your six-digit code into the "Verify Device" pop-up.
6. Enjoy the Show: Once verified, you'll be directed to the video player where you can watch the livestream.
